How much can I top up into my Urby account?

You can top up a maximum of RM100,000.00.

  • Transaction limit: RM30,000 per transaction
  • Daily limit: RM50,000.

How long does it take for my top-up to be processed?

Top-ups are usually reflected in your Urby account within a day during banking hours. For top-ups made outside banking hours, they will be processed on the next business day.

What payment methods are accepted for top-ups?

We will only accept bank transfers from Malaysian bank accounts.

Can I top up using a bank account that isn’t under my name?

No, all top-ups must be made from a bank account registered in your name for compliance and security reasons.

Are there any fees for topping up?

No, Urby does not charge fees for top-ups.

Must I include the Urby reference number when executing the bank transfer?

Yes.

Without specifying your Urby reference number, we may not be able to properly identify your incoming transfer and properly credit your account.
