There is no daily deposit limit imposed on your account.

However, please note that there is currently a daily withdrawal limit of RM50,000.

How long does it take for my top-up to be processed?

Top-ups are usually reflected in your Urby account within 2 minutes during banking hours. For top-ups made outside banking hours, they may be processed on the next business day.

What payment methods are accepted for top-ups?

Generally, we accept bank transfers and Duitnow transfers from Malaysian bank accounts .

Currently, withdrawals can only be done into a Malaysian bank account.

Can I top up using a bank account that isn’t under my name?

No, all top-ups must be made from a bank account registered in your name for compliance and security reasons.

Are there any fees for topping up?

No, Urby does not charge fees for top-ups.

Must I include the Urby reference number when executing the bank transfer?

Yes. Without specifying your Urby reference number, we may not be able to properly identify your incoming transfer and properly credit your account.
