How do I sign up?
To get started, download the Urby app, click on ‘Sign Up’ and fill in the requested details, along with the referral code.
This process ensures that you can easily and securely start exploring community-focused real estate investments through property-specific Profit-Share Contracts (shares), backed by landed property assets in Malaysia.
What information is required to sign up?
To sign up, you will need a referral code and provide basic personal information, complete the eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) process, verify your identity with relevant documents such as a government-issued ID and complete the self-declaration questionnaire
4. Can I sign up as a foreigner (non-Malaysian?)
Yes, foreigners are able to sign up to Urby. However, any deposits made are currently only allowed to be withdrawn into a Malaysian bank account.
