About the Role
We're looking for a Growth & Operations Intern who takes ownership, moves fast, and thrives in ambiguity.
Your job isn't just to complete tasks — it's to make sure things move. You'll work across Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to support investor trust, user conversion, and smooth execution across the platform.
This includes investor communications, property launch storytelling, in-app conversion touchpoints, event execution, redemption follow-ups, and operational coordination.
If you're waiting for someone to hand you step-by-step instructions, this isn't the role. We want someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.
Requirements
- Ownership mindset — "not my job" isn't in your vocabulary
- Strong execution discipline — you follow through and close loops
- Highly proactive — you identify problems and act before being asked
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
Nice to have
Not mandatory — strong candidates from different backgrounds are welcome.
- Experience in operations, growth, marketing, investor relations, or startup environments
- Experience in fintech, proptech, or customer-facing operations
- Familiarity with CRM tools, campaign execution, and event coordination
- Strong storytelling instinct for trust-building content
- Basic video editing or short-form content editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Perks
- 🎂 Birthday leave! (Because you shouldn't be working on your birthday)
- 📚 Upskilling and learning opportunities
- 🎮 Fun company activities (online gaming squad, book club, mushroom farming, climbing, painting, embroidery, hiking, and more!)
- 🍿 Unlimited pantry snacks and drinks
